Portfolio Builder provides a platform for users to create, edit, and download personal portfolios and resumes. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you create using Portfolio Builder. Since we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot recover any lost content. We recommend regularly downloading or backing up your portfolio data.
4. Third-party Deployments (GitHub & Vercel)
Our platform offers optional deployment services through GitHub and Vercel. By using these features, you acknowledge that these services are governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Portfolio Builder is not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of these third-party platforms.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to use Portfolio Builder for any unlawful purpose or to create content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Portfolio Builder or its creators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
